Don't miss Parent Teacher Conferences on Wed. & Thur., Oct. 15 & 16, from 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. Meetings are come and goin classrooms with as many teachers as you would like to visit. There are also additional resource meetings available on Wednesday. There will be free ACT prep sessions for both math and reading/English, and a FAFSA completion work session. Wednesday evening, there will be family fun activities in the gym and coffee house music from our students in the foyer. Conferences suspended during teacher meal times 11:00-11:45 a.m. & 4:00-4:45 p.m.

Congratulations to Senior Brandon Johnson!

Brandon's design was selected as the 2026 Kansas BPA National Trading Pin. Students who attend BPA Nationals in May will trade Brandon's designed pin with other states. He also gets to attend the State Leadership Conference for FREE.

Air Capital Marching Invitational Leads to Great Results
Goddard High School is excited to share some great news from this past Saturday’s marching band competition at the Air Capital Marching Invitational! Our students had a fantastic showing and achieved the highest placement we’ve ever earned at this event.
2nd Place in our division
4th Place overall out of 13 bands
Micah Bolton, Director of Bands at GHS said, “The students represented Goddard with pride, discipline, and excellence, and I couldn’t be prouder of their hard work.”
Cody Kohler, Assistant Principal for Activities at GHS said that Director of Bands Micah Bolton and Assistant Band Director Joe Richey, “...and their army of support personnel put on a first class event that brought compliment after compliment of how well organized and how great of an experience it was for Students, Directors, and Families alike!

An event like this is such a large undertaking, but our GHS Band crew knocked it out of the park!

Well deserved accolades and some great momentum into more competitions ahead!
