Hello Parents/Guardians! We are going to Butler CC For a Field Trip Wednesday, February 12 from 8:30-1:30. This is for juniors and seniors. They have already signed up for the field trip but if they forgot they still can. Students can either fill out this form and return it to me or you can email me stating that you give permission for your child to go on the Field Trip.
