The "GHS IS..." campaign is a schoolwide initiative designed to make Goddard High School’s core values highly visible, actionable, and aligned across all grade levels. By combining the district's mission—to educate all students for lifelong success—with the Capturing Kids' Hearts monthly character traits, this framework establishes a vehicle and rhythm for student recognition, encouragement and community.
The October theme is GHS is: Driven. Teachers were invited to nominate students who exhibited this character trait. These students display the indicators of owning their own path by making strides forward in their respective journeys. Here are the winners for each grade and the comments their teachers shared about them.

For now, he is laying the foundation to be a supportive and encouraging role model for the freshman class.”
